The First Circle is an evidence-based program designed to offer support for families from the third trimester through to baby’s first year. Created by 3Bridges, The First Circle blends clinical care, practical help, and flexible, community-led support.

How We Support

Services are provided through bundles designed around different needs, stages, and priorities. Each package combines the right mix of family support, practical help, health services, and recovery options, so you don’t have to piece things together yourself.

NEST gives families the kind of support that makes everyday life more manageable - before baby arrives and as you adjust in the months after. It combines parent education, emotional and social support, and coordinated care with an extra layer of practical help at home.

RESTORE

RESTORE is wraparound care helping families heal and regain balance, both before baby’s arrival and in the important recovery months after. It combines parent education, emotional and social support, and coordinated care with practical in-home help and allied health recovery.

  • Laundry Services

  • Garden Maintenance

Access to our First Circle Support Line

12 Hours of Health & Recovery Services, including:

  • Physiotherapy

  • Exercise Physiology

  • Podiatry

  • Remedial Massage (Post Natal Only)

  • 5 Hours of In-Home Services

GIVING BACK

Nurturing is at the heart of The First Circle support.

The Nurture bundle carries forward the proud legacy of 3Bridges’ Early Years Support Service (EYSS), which has been a trusted companion for families across our community for over 25 years.

This program remains free of charge for families where a caregiver is navigating health or social challenges, ensuring that no one is left without access to help.

 

Support is available through referral by a health professional and assessed on a case-by-case basis, so that those who need it most can continue to receive care at no cost.

By evolving EYSS into Nurture, 3Bridges is honouring its legacy while adapting to meet the needs of today’s families. We are building on decades of community trust, ensuring that the heart of our early years support remains strong, equitable, and accessible for generations to come.
